Leadership is an adaptive challenge requiring a great amount of learning, innovation, creativity, and hard work. With this in mind, we created a leadership development program for impact teams with a focus on creativity, learning, systemic thinking, appreciative inquiry, and personal and organizational change.
We create a custom program for you and/or your organization to develop leadership as they work on an established project. Not only do participants learn how to become more effective leaders, but they learn how to foster engagement in others and create the conditions needed for individual and group development.
