The Founder – Joey Pauley

Joey Pauley spent nearly two decades building and leading high-performance teams. Most notably a design team whose products were voted “Best of the Web” by Forbes magazine and praised by the International Herald Tribune, Town & Country, and The Wall Street Journal.

He received a Masters in Organizational Psychology, Certifications in Organizational Dynamics and Integrated Skills for Sustainable Change. Today he serves as past president of the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network and works with a variety of organizations to build communication and leadership capacity in their teams. His specialties include designing and facilitating retreats, leadership development, strategic planning, and developing organizational capacity.

Joey has facilitated conversations for 100s of companies, that have uncovered the organization’s true purpose. Simultaneously he would be digging into the organizational infrastructure.  The stuff that makes it possible to fulfill a company’s, mission, vision, and products.

What he learned as a web developer, then as an organizational psychologist is by changing the nature of conversations, he creates attitude and behavioral changes that make a positive impact on the organization. These changes permeate the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through informal channels.  People first change from within, then they apply those changes for the good of the organization.  

As a consultant Joey is a trusted partner and as he refers to it “organizational ninja.” He works outside the organizational hierarchy by partnering with leadership and stakeholders to slowly building alignment in the team and address culture so tasks are more easily accomplished. Joey’s process and insights on how to relate, motivate and appreciate those you work with is instantly applicable.
