In this course we, will explore two basic types of negotiation. We’ll consider the three phases of negotiation and the skills you need to become an effective negotiator.
Participants will:
- Understand and apply basic negotiating concepts: WATNA, BATNA, WAP, and ZOPA
- Apply bargaining techniques and strategies
- Understand how to reach a consensus and set the terms of the agreement
- Deal with personal attacks and other difficult issues
- Use the negotiating process to solve everyday problems
